Gooniverse

We are building GOB to be not just a trading card game but rather a full-fledged metaverse where you can establish an identity for yourself using your Goon Avatar, Goon Bod, and numerous other virtual assets that allow for unique customization and personal creation. We call it the GOONIVERSE.

In a time of many metaverses being built, our goal is to make the Gooniverse the go-to destination for people craving a more mature, adult environment where they can channel that inner rebellious spirit and meet like-minded folks.

The Land of Balatroon

Welcome to Balatroon, a wacky land where time is distorted and players can travel to different periods when they collect special badges.

Each time period features more and more advanced technology, which means cooler and more complex activities. Furthermore, the more advanced you get, the greater your economic power becomes. This is where we introduce the Rank Badges.

Rank Badges

In order to travel to a more advanced time period, you need a Rank Badge. These are earned from rising in the Ranking System which can be done by completing quests, collecting card achievements and winning battles.

There are 10 Badges, representing 10 different periods of time, which can be achieved by participating in the metaverse - completing quests, achievements and winning battles! Holding a Rank Badge makes you a Time Lord.

Time Lords

These are the holders of the Rank Badges, earning them from rising in the Ranking System. The higher you go, the less badges are available, making the Time Lords more and more rare! However, there are still members with more power, and they are called the Land Goons.

Land Goons

Those with ultimate power in the Gooniverse are the Land Goons. These are players who own land in any of the 10 time periods and acquire economic control over them. All economic activities such as card crafting, NFT leasing, character customizations and other actions are controlled in part by the Land Goons. A portion of fees generated by any of those economic activites gets distributed to token stakers with the other portion going to holders of land.

The interaction between Land Goons and $GOB token stakers is what brings life to the Goons DAO. Players will ultimately have full control over the Gooniverse and any developments occurring within it.
